About Us

About Us

We Win was created from a deeply personal journey. At 23 years old, during her second year of medical school, Harshada Rajani suffered a massive brainstem stroke that left her paralyzed. What followed was a long and demanding recovery, where physical therapy became the foundation for rebuilding her life.

Through this experience, she saw firsthand how critical rehabilitation is, and how difficult it can be to afford. While therapy offers the possibility of regaining movement, independence, and quality of life, the cost is often overwhelming. Insurance coverage is limited, and many individuals are forced to stop treatment before real progress can be made.

We Win was founded to change that.
