I hemorrhaged in 2017 due to angioma in the pons. Subsequent hemorrhages
I hemorrhaged in 2017 due to angioma in the pons. Subsequent hemorrhages led to a craniotomy, which stopped the bleeding, but left me with significant deficits including full body ataxia and facial paralysis.
I am engaged in physical therapy at Atrium Carolina Rehab and this program will supplement what I am already doing. My goal is to obtain independence. I currently live with my mother. She is my primary caregiver.
This grant will help me achieve my goal.
