I started racing motocross when I was 4 years old. I had plans to turn pro one day, until I had gotten cancer when I was 17 in 2012. Luckily, I was able to beat it and go into remission in 2013. I started to ride and train again to try and turn pro in motocross again, and while practicing one day, I crashed and broke my back paralyzing me in 2014. Now I am doing all I can to stay at therapy as much as I can and get my body back to normal and walking again as soon as possible. This grant will be huge to me and my family in helping me get to walking again.
